A member of the Milan Association of Certified Accountants and listed on the Statutory Auditors Register since 1976.

Having acted as an internal and external auditor in a variety of listed and unlisted joint-stock companies, he was a partner at Sorefisa S.p.A until 2005.

He offers advice on corporate, tax and contractual matters, financial statements, special operations, trust activities and company valuations.
