With a degree in Business and Economics from Milan’s Luigi Bocconi Business University, he is a member of the Milan Association of Certified Accountants and listed on the Statutory Auditors Register since 1966.

With his thirty years’ experience as an internal and external auditor in a range of different joint-stock companies, listed and non-listed, he is also a member of the Commission of the Milan Association of Certified Accountants. He was a partner at Sorefisa S.p.A. until 1998.

He provides advice on tax, business and contracts, trust activity, tax litigation, personal tax planning and financial auditing.
