With a degree in Business Management from Milan’s Luigi Bocconi University, he is a certified accountant in Milan, listed on the Statutory Auditors Register and is a qualified tax representative.

Following his experience at Pwc, he joined Sorefisa S.p.A., becoming a partner in 2007. He is a member of boards of auditors in Italian joint-stock companies, particularly in the commercial and industrial sectors. He is a member of the International Tax Steering Group of Alliott Group and of the Accounting Principles Commission established by the Milan Association of Certified Accountants.

His areas of expertise include corporate and international group taxation, mergers, acquisitions and special operations, real estate tax, management control and statutory auditing. He has also gained significant experience in personal tax planning and in taxation of professionals in general.
